About Our CEO
Mark Kamas, Owner/CEO
Mark is a certified firearms and martial arts instructor with over 35 years’ experience in defensive training. Mark’s firearm training began with the Minnesota Army National Guard in the 257th Military Police Company.
It was during his tenure as a citizen soldier that he refined his small arms skills, qualifying as an expert with pistol and M-16 rifle. After his six-year enlistment with the 257th MP Company, Mark’s professional career included work in Police reserves and security field.
Besides a diversified background in firearms training, Mark also has 40 year’s experience in Martial Arts. Mark is the owner and Master instructor at Dragon’s Kung Fu and holds an 8th degree black sash in Kung Fu and trained extensively in multiple forms of martial arts. As a certified instructor for the NRA, Mark teaches a wide range of firearms courses and defensive tactics.

Meet Our Instructors
Our instructors come from a variety of backgrounds in the Military, Law Enforcement, or 2nd Amendment advocates. Each brings to the classroom a unique perspective on different firearms, concealed carry, self defense and fire arm tactics, and personal safety.

Mark Kamas
Owner & Firearms Instructor
Mark started his firearms career in the US Army as a Military Police Officer later he became a NRA certified firearms instructor and has been teaching defensive tactics since 2008. Mark also has over 40 years of experience in martial arts. His main focus of martial arts is Kung Fu but he has also studied in Kali, Eskrima, Tae Kwoon do and Traditional Karate.

Bob Phillips
Firearms Instructor & Retired Chief of Police
Bob began his law enforcement journey in 1994, joining a county-wide narcotics task force where Bob worked as an undercover officer, infiltrating criminal networks and executing high-risk operations. Through years of dedicated work for the community, Bob is retired as Chief of Police.

Grant Lind
Firearms Instructor
Grant is a concealed carry instructor with over 35 years of experience with firearms.
His hands-on teaching style makes his classes practical, valuable, and interesting.
