The Basic Pistol Class is one of the best courses for those who are new handgun owners, interested in purchasing a handgun, or would just like to learn safe handgun use.
Our professional instructors will assist you and give you one-on-one instruction until you are 100% comfortable with all areas of this course. Our fun, exciting, non-threatening environment will greatly enhance your confidence and performance.
This course includes:
Handgun safety
- Handgun action types and their operation
- Caliber and ammo selection
- Handgun cleaning and maintenance
- Basic Marksmanship
- Handgun manipulation skills
- Practical range drills for building proper shooting skills
We will first demonstrate the fundamentals of marksmanship and allow you to practice the “muscle memory” for proper handgun use. On the range you may choose either a .22 or 9mm caliber handgun. When you complete this class you will have learned everything you need to know about the safe operation of your handgun.
